I love Jack’s Mannequin for so many reasons but this genuinely may have just topped them all.

I just need to type this real quick so I never forget that Andrew McMahon’s solution to being hated by Panic! At The Disco’s TM was to set off fireworks then drive off and let Cobra Starship get detained by the police because of it.

That anecdote alone was worth staying up late to watch the livestream. Any time I feel tired and cranky at work tomorrow I am just going to remember how that was a thing that happened.

Also, acoustic performances of Restless Dream, Amy I, My Racing Thoughts, Hey Hey Hey & Television - beautiful. Really gorgeous. A lovely way to end release day.

Weirdest vantage point at a show ever. The stage was really high and there was no barrier so we were literally at Andrew’s feet. So crazy. This day also featured the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, soundcheck mouse and surprise soundcheck watching, free drinks & my dear Jo. I can’t believe this was over two years ago now. Stupid band need to get their shit together and come on back to Europe asap.
